Yes.
I would of said 'no',it's if the duty does not change at all.
From what we've been told in our office is that if a certain percentage of deliveries change i.e 50% (but just using that figure as an example) then ALL deliveries go into the pot for a re-sign. Even those duties that haven't changed at all. When people leave and duties become vacant thats when you have a mini re-sign. That's what we've been told so how true that is I wouldnt like to say.
Semi right because if there is a major change then the office can have a resign,but my previous post still holds.

My understanding of the way forward (could be wrong), If you have been on the same duty for a year or more and no major change its not up for signing. So your duty may not change but as you have not been on that duty for a year its up for signing for.

If a duty has MC in the pot it goes,if it dosent have MC then the duty holder can keep it or throw it in the pot at the start of the resign and take a gamble on getting something more to his or her likeing.
