Jenny, I would hope upon reflection that you would withdraw that comment.

We have STILL got the usual idiots at our office who are coming in early to prep the D2Ds, and even today when next weeks items were put on our fittings ready for Monday, they were panicking to get them ready for NEXT WEEK. You just cant make them understand :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Yep, everyone in our office has 5 each for next week, ranging from the usual sky/virgin leaflet to A4 mag for further education and newspaper for county Police force. One guy who also has the growth on his walk has 5 for that part too, all different, so come tomorrow morning, he will have 10 to throw off!

Now is the time people to stick to your guns. Start on time and throw off your door to doors first (afterall they are 'live mail' now) then start on the mail. If you're still there after sorting at meal relief, take full meal relief then carry on till you're ready to go out. If thats half eleven the so be it. Take your lapsing/summer saving and come back on time. SImple.

I saw one of the idiots in our DO throwing her d2d off for Monday during her meal relief on Saturday. When will they ever learn??? :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

If you continue like this DIM status will be activated and you will get even more work..................

Your Bang on Smelly Cat.
If everyone in each office come in at the right time, throw your walk off, take your meal break and then put your 6% of door to doors together as long as it takes, like you say till 11 am and then hit the Manager with it. “Excuse me boss I’m not going to finish on time today and I’m not going over due to other circumstances. what you going to do about it, please don't cull what I have thrown off all morning because it will be the same scenario tomorrow” leave the Manager scratching his/her heads over many walks...

Wrong, they get put into the frame last after all the other mail has been done but how many in your office will do it??

PS. I'm the only one in my office to do that and because of that I don't get to do lapsing or IPS or any other work that they think that I can do

"they get put into the frame last after all the other mail has been done"
Take small bundles of them out with you, back to back with your bundles of mail and work from the front and back of the bundle at each address
Three different ways of preparing Door To Doors but which is correct ? :Very Happy I've never seen any instruction.
