Aren't RM bags RM property, ergo, she could be charged with theft, criminal damage, etc....although, I'd inform the beak that a custodial sentence need not be applied, IF she was prepared to go out on delivery for a reasonable period of time ( 3 or 4 months ought to do it....maybe Dave & Nick could take some lessons, sod ASBOs and community orders, send the chavs to RM & they'll be too tired to get pissed up, violent or light fingered )
