Consumers may find their internet shopping experience is improved by the new Royal Mail Delivery Promise Tool, says a spokesperson for the firm.

Head of small business goods fulfilment at the organisation Dan Hewett explained that the online marketplace is very competitive and e-retailers will usually appreciate advice to help them satisfy their customers.
