If it's just you, then you're right. There's nothing they can do about it. It's the same, if someone starts an advertising campaign to do that, and you respond. It only becomes work to rule, if it's an organised protest by a group of employees. That's the loophole that the CWU has exploited. HQ may have let us down in other respects. But this is one time, where they came through for us, with a brilliant manuver to give us the chance to make our point. Without falling foul of the law. Nice one CWU! :Applause :Applause

On the flip side though it is a sad reflection on the state of this industry, union,management and members included that "doing the job properly" is seen as something other than the default position. :crazy: :sad:

That's true. But it's what happens when people are given the option of going Home early if they take short cuts (e.g. cars, coming in early, etc.).
