Only if your work location meets the triggers for the £1000 worth of lump sums. Remember we are in the first quarter of the first year of a 3 year transformation plan. You need to find out if your location is due to make any cahnges before Septemebr that will trigger the paymnets.

There is no more group wide payments untill next year when CS buy back starts.

Can see us being screwed on the £1000 lump sum. We're well ahead of most offices. We have got CDV's, PDA's, walk sequence machines in and using them.

You've already cleared it Up. shafted is the word I believe! For those of us who have been with this company for far too long--no agreements are kept--and if they ever seem to be getting near the point were they have to be honoured, they move the goalposts! (anybody else rememeber all the bonus schemes?)

We were on target for 800 quid 6 weeks be4 we would should of got the bonus,....6 weeks went bye....and yes.......we were 11,000 pounds over spent.....so we never got the bonus....we had at the time nealy 100 lads/girls working in our office.....we suggested to give 50+ pounds cash back to the company, so we were in the target......but naaaa the said nope......was better for us to only get 700+not the 800..........but did,nt happen .....

Just to clarify this 100% (as a lot of my colleagues have been chatting about this of late) could someone put this in really simple terms i.e define the actual procedures that have to be in place, so I can let them know. To be honest I've heard so many differing stories myself I'm feeling a bit bamboozled by it all.
