I have one on mine where the guy doesnt empty his box for weeks and weeks on end, I'm told he's a rugby player who's away a lot.

When the box is rammed full, each letter thereafter gets 3 attempts at delivery, endorsed every time with the reason for non delivery and the date, then its bye bye.

Tell you what i would love some Royal Manager to come and ask me if this person still lived here i would have no problems telling him/her where to go,how rude how does that manager know that person had not died or left home for some other reason,imagine if it was where a couple had split up,there are ways and means to use if you think that some thing is wrong but going to a house and asking an impurtant question like that beggers belief.
