If we all do the job properly. we all have jobs, and none of us gets sh*t on.
The time for RM to react to those coming back early is now, before the revisions are done, that way the walks will be evened up a lot quicker. but while some are coming in an hour early to throw off, and coming back an hour late, management have an easy ride.
Start at your contracted time, finish at your contracted time. It's very easy.

When you do the job properly , you are standing up to management , ive been doing this since executive action. This is now working in my favour as the management see it my way.But now , all the mardy arses and fiiers see this and you would"nt believe the snide and jealous comments that are aimed at me. You just could"nt make it up 
Needless to say i have broad shoulders and i would"nt dare laugh at them when they have to absorb and i dont........not .....
