I don't know. But it's something which needs to be sorted out, and soon. There's far too many people being wrongly accused of not pulling their weight.

True. But these "Businessmen" (if you can call them that!) think that the World owes them a living, and that they can spend very small amounts of time working, and earn millions! :Sick :no no :evil/mad :Sick

Most other companies employ all age ranges and somehow deal with differing capabilities across their workforce, it can't be rocket science can it?

No it isn't! There's nothing to stop them setting a workrate which is achievable by the majority, and making allowances for older employees. :hmmmm

We've got blokes in their 30's doing pouches and Industrials, and blokes in their 60's doing walks seems a bit daft to me
