Some of our walks have over 70 redirections!!!

Now that should be taken into account.

You might have to if the new vans and HCT's don't turn up.

Just got on a 'hobby horse'

So; if you get over 20 signed fors ... how does that relate to delivery time?

If, and i mean IF. This new agreement takes that into account ; then fine.

Why do I doubt that it will be.

You had a good experience then. When ours was done we ended up with walks ranging from 2 to 4 hours. Some tinkering around the edges was done but everyone knows they are still totally unfair.

They gave up on doing the other half of the office as it was such a shambles.

one of our guys who is a runner wore his garmin gps on his walk. gives speed, distance and time. even tells you the terrian , and the size of inclines / declines. took info into planner who discounted it and said georoute was more accurate. can't win
