a question if you are pensioned off after 39 years service any idea how much we lose,i know if you go before 65 you lose 5% per year but just wondered if the same applied to being pensioned off cheers.

if you are pensioned off.. you will get a full pension, so you wouldnt lose anything....

I think he's talking about ill health retirement with pension.
Your illness would have make you unable to work for at least the next 10 years,
or until retirement age, whichever is sooner.

The 5% per year for retiering before 65 is only for the new CARE scheme anyway.
