Bit of a race round Saturday. Finished for a week off, so I didn't want to be out late. Suns out this week so I'm chillin out and catching up with the beers.

Ouch that looks painful did it get you as you pushed the mail through the letter box
Wed's.
Another really warm day with little cloud cover on the round so it dragged 4hr 15min out the office but at least no lapsing today

Sunday.
Really hot so played in a freezing cold huge paddling pool in the garden. Came in for lunch and settled down with an iced beer to watch England first cheated and then slaughtered in the football. Its still going and iam on here
I am really not looking forward to work tomorrow if its going to stay this hot (30 deg) as walking around for 4 hour in the heat of the day

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Well our plastic cheapo paddling pool thingy came form Asda and cost £18.

This thing we have is about 8 foot diameter with a big doughnut type ring on top you have to inflate. When my girlfriend said she had pick up a paddling pool whilst out shopping I was thinking of the sort you had when you were a kid.
Anyway they filled it up all Sat morning whilst I was at work. I came home very hot and was told go get your swimmers on and jump in the pool its warmed up nicely now. Being a knob I did and it was so freaking cold it took my breath away.
