Have we any docs or figures on it?
We were told at a regional workshop meeting of Doms reps and dsm's that the BSI rate is still to be agreed but they are under the impresion it will be set at 75%
Yes d2d, distance from frame to collect mail, redirctions, collecting Specials from locker ect and all the other bits will be factored into it we were told.
We were also told that we will have to check mail and packets againsts mail centre figures to make sure they matched.
Also we were told june 21 is when they hope to have the bsi and new tool agreed on nationally, and that is when we will get it

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Yes the DSM said at the meeting that it was based on BSI rate of 100, but that he was under the impression that RM excepted now that that would not be a fair and achivable target, to which the Rep said that what he had
heard was they were looking at a BSI of 75 or 80. The DSM they said that the messages he was getting was the same and that they were aiming to have an agreement on it by the 21 june.
We will just have to wait and see !
