cant understand why this is a big surprise to everyone.we had this 3 years go.
it was bollox then and its bollox now.
MTSF sucks plain and simple and i speak as someone who was top 4 in our last repick.
who the hell invests £2 billion into a servic and makes it worse?????????????

Because unfortunately some staff want it both ways!

I mean, it's pretty dangerous walking about at the moment, with the amount of dummies lying about on the floor... :crazy:

Its time they moved on like we had to do three years ago, remember a lot of people lost a lot of money in the last three years and this meant very little to those who gained the most under MTSF.

Repick?

We didn,t have a repick 3 years ago,it was an allocation of dutys based not only on the mtsf, but how close you were to the gaffer who placed you in a section.

It was very wrong and as now been put right :nana

But to be fair,it was all cocked up from day 1(MTSF sign off)...as agreed by the CWU!!!

Well, it would suppose on how things pan out.

Coming out of the union because you don't agree with a RM policy could seriously back-fire. Or you could be £150-00 a year up. It's your call.

On one hand you don't agree with RM resourcing plans for new work. It's clearly stated in black & white. Then on the other hand resign from the union. You could be between a rock and a hard place.

What would you do in the case of industrial action? Or for that matter, your attendance falls below the required standard? Or you make a massive cock-up at work. We're only human after all. So, all in all you'll be saving (roughly) 50% of one weeks wages. Over the course of a year. But, you are on your own. Literally. Like I say - it's your call. But, you are isolating yourselves against the union & management.

Some staff want it all their own way. There was no "Re-Pick" three years ago. Which some mention here...It was an allocation of work/duties.

Also the business will be looking to cut MTFS expences therefore what would have been trivial suddenly becomes dismissal but never mind you're saving £3 a week
