To be honest dingo may well be correct about ESA being paid in arrears but the bottom line is Royal Mail have no plans to pay ESA......ever again.

i think its absolute bollocks that part-timers get paid half the delivery supplement that full-timers get when we deliver the exact same volume of door to doors! an whats even more f***ing ridiculous is that people who work in mail centres and drivers and others who arent walkmen are also gettin delivery supplement for doin f**k all!! this is a joke, part-timers are bein took the piss of!

Mail Centre staff don't get the Delivery Supplement fg, but people like me do, I haven't delivered a D2D in years and I voted NO............. but thats the winners and losers mentality currently in vogue apparently.
