workplace coach info please

Hi, to my knowledge there is no workplace coach in my depot and it is something i am interested in as i am sick of new starters being thrown in at the deep end with no training only to leave a month or so later because they struggle to do the job as thay have had little or no training. Can anyone tell me if there is any extra pay or incentives for being a workplace coach?

i heard its a extra £30 per week

There is a Coaching Allowance of £31.49 per week.

The other incentives are less tangible but every bit as rewarding.

Go for it, if you are genuine in your desire to help others but if you're only looking at the financial benefit to yourself then you would do well to leave it alone.
