I split my sides laughing when a prat like Brydon starts waffling about having to pay the biggest bucks for "the best talent."
Christ almighty! You could train a barbary Ape to do what Crozier does, what Higson does, whatever it is Brydon does.
Anyone can walk into a long established public institution and slash away at anything and everything, anyone that is, who's a member of the "old boy network."
I mean, Mark Higson, £1.7million, how the feck can anyone justify that? The raving idiot Brydon tried, but failed, so how?
And as for Crozier, there can be no better example of a complete and utter buffoon, who possesses all the entrepreneurial skill contained in a single dick splash, who leads one hell of a charmed life, constantly flitting from one highly paid post to another, and every time displaying no great talent for anything other than cut, cut, cut, cutting, and just for a change, cut, cut, cut, and more cutting.

The world would be a far better place without them.

That is offensive and untrue.
With a little patience, understanding and training, the average Barbary Ape would be far better boss than them.
However, no matter how much training Crozier, Higson and Brydon received, they would still be unable to peel a banana with their toes. (or their fingers for that matter, no need to make it complicated for them)

The thing i keep thinking about with Crozier is he doesn't produce anything,make anything or mould anything ,so where is his bloody talent than. He has got to be the most overrated manager in the country. :cfo

Just one of many, I'm afraid. Senior executives like Crozier, Walsh at BA, Higson, etc, are the reason why millions of ordinary people find it so hard to get a job, because bastards like Crozier, Walsh, Higson, etc, have only one dubious talent, the ability to make jobs disappear whilst paying themselves £millions.

Personally, I'd have the bloody lot of 'em shot.
