Ah, now I see, colleague share hasn't totally disappeared - no - only for us, who actually signed an agreement denigrating our working conditions and pay for the benefit of, wait for it, money we were already entitled to.
Now these others will still be getting the same money BUT they won't have to do anything for it - wow, this agreement just gets better and better
