If Peter's local to you it's quite likely he works from Royal Mail's Delivery office at 27 Woolton Street, so you could wait at the gates early morning and look out for him, or phone the Delivery Office manager on (0151) 525 2478 and I'm sure he will do whatever he can to get you in touch with him.
