It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

i assume res count = amount of calls recieving the 4th lot of d2d's; not the amount of residents for the entire office, and if your office is mentioned in the document for the retrospective dates then you'll recieve up to 4 d2d

Sorry you have misunderstood.

I am a leave purchaser and you do get the £20.60 delivery supplement but you loose so much of it as per the Purchase Leave rules - at most I think you loose 2.5% so worst case if your a 40 hr man you will loose 51.5p
