hi,

sorry if this has been asked before-i did do a quick check but couldn't find the relevent info.
can one of you kind people inform me as to whether there is a staff discount on a multiple trip, family travel insurance policy?

Yes there is Al.
It's 15%.
All you need to do is tick the 'employee' box if you go into a post office to do it or if you do it over the phone then just tell them you're one of us.

Hold the phone folks. 25% for a year. 15% for single trip.

Use the comparison sites. Can usually find it a lot cheaper even after taking the discount into account. Usually use money/travel supermarket myself. Hope this helps.

bag 69, i actually always use the various comparison sites and last year got my insurance for around HALF of the post office's cost! thing is i have just checked which sites give best-and worst-reviews, and on this level the post office travel insurance is just miles ahead. no point getting cheap insurance if you can't get hold of the insurance company when you need to, or else they just procrastinate or even won't pay up.
