But that one is old hat now ,struck down and declared incorrect on appeal . Good background but might be more relevant to publish the appeal decision since that is how the law stands at present. Is the successful appeal decision publicly available yet?

Old hat indeed Belial just thought that I'd provide the link, and as to the relevance of the successful appeal decision to which you refer, I don't think it is publicly available yet but could be wrong on that score. Did look for it and found zilch.

Surely the powers that be don't drag their feet over making public the details of a judgement that doesn't go their way?

Lets keep digging,but from memory I think the appeal court judges ruling went something like
' FFS what were you thinking of. Only a total plank could get the spirit and intention of the law so wrong, either that or you are a total right wing union busting fanatic.
You simply just can't ride roughshod over basic human rights by perversely interpreting law to arrive at a judgement that would effectively deny all workers the right to withdraw their labour'
