Re: Professional drivers
What are the 2 wrongs you talk about?
Am i in favour of mtsf or seniority?
Well of course i favour mtsf as it as looked after me for the past 3 years.
I dont think the senior drivers were very happy 3 years ago when we jumped above them just because we earned a few quid more then them on allowances.
Its funny i dont remember our senior drivers 3 years ago crying, dropping out of the union,e mailing top royal mail managers, etc.
They didnt like it but they took it on the chin.
Pity the likes of you are not man enough to do likewise

The Managing the surplus framework is being utilised and the criteria for seniority is pensionable allowances not length of service. This means that someone with less service but more allowances has preference of duty pick. Many senior postmen now find themselves in the position that they may be displaced and become surplus.
Are they getting a new grade ?
Professonal drivers is a new grade and there is no surplus to manage
INTERESTING IS NOT
