Hiya.

Have been talked into coming here by a very good friend. Admittedly, it's not a place i want to be right now, but i just can't seem to keep away.

To explain the above, I'm an ex postman who is currently in the middle of an ET, with my case due to be heard in ..soon. (sorry, being careful here)

I absolutely loved my job, and i miss it. And i miss my mates and i miss being a delivery postman. I know it's easy to join in with all the banter about how shite RM is, because it is shite, but, for me, I miss it. Or more I miss the Esprit de Corp we have as postal workers, or for me, had.

Not a very happy intro, sorry. I'll get into this, because I tried to kick off a forum last year on CWU York, after the forum on CWU HQ was pulled, and we so need a collective place to blather away, and more importantly pull together all the experience we have.

Right, I'm off to take a peek at what you wing-nuts have been blathering on about that SmokerJim has got me to sign up for.... ;)

Oh, I was, until recently in the YO area but started out in the NN area..way back in 1987-91, so hello to anyone from there!

Im in much the same state as you but it will take a while for them to make up there minds what they want to do..... I hope i can sort it soon.. Its driving me nuts... As it must u.... CHIN UP AND
