Maybe, in order to protect the efficiency of the engine, they are obliged to move them periodically.
This would explain why they seem to be in different locations every week.
Why though, are they invisible?
Because savings from your pensions terms and conditions have not paid for them yet?
CONDEMNATION.

I heard a rumour today in our area there is 3,000 cdvs in storage at a cost of £3.00 per day per cdv.

Seems R/M have money to burn

We have 6 CDV(or 2 sweaty c***s in a van)duties in our office at present and DOM wants that to increase asap.

There are areas in my office that so far they have avoided putting park and loop in, as it takes too long to find a parking space, the other problem to be solved is that the city council is extending paid parking zones and ive spotted DHL etc getting £60 parking tickets while they are parked up.

In Scotland, the park and loop duties were put in before the strike.Lets hope the workshops (if they are ever held) have some fair workloads and parameters for the new revision and new delivery methods because at the moment the CDV certainly dont get the weight off yer back.
