The Royal Mail Delivery Service should be given on-the-spot fines for leaving litter, a reader has suggested.
The HeraldExpress highlighted the litter problem in December, but Ian Barford of Ellen Close, Adeyfield feels that posties who ditch rubber bands here, there and everywhere should be punished.
