The same type of people who train people usig their cars at our place. The first day on their own they don't know how to get out, how to get back or where the drop-off points are. Do the screws care? No chance. We had a new starter this morning who was being trained by a lad with less than one month's service. If the public knew the half of it!

Had some new people start at my office last week were shown round by a managment serf a.k.a. workplace coach from another office got the three days training with experienced blokes for a change, come in first day on their own at 07:00 to find untouched, unsorted deliveries! One of them, a young lady had a fine introduction to her first day on her own when she was bitten by a dog, which the a******e owner is refusing to believe despite the bite marks on her arm. Can't see her wanting to come back hopefully the others will give it up too.
