Im a D.O rep , how on earth will I rush through a sequenced mail revision without sequenced mail

That's £800 (pro rata) thats gonna have to wait untill well into next year or even 2012 for my D.O CWU mbrs/OPG's

But it is a fact that some people will want their rep to sign off stuff as quickly as possible to access the cash.
Undoubtedly they won't be interested in any rep trying to achieve a revision that actually works for everyone in the office.

However as a counter balance you'll have people on "Easy Duties", or those who feel settled in their duty and are not looking forward to change trying to slow it down. Both should counteract each other to some degree.

Without WS there wont be anything to sign off, as soon as the revision is implemented the £600 is payable and the final £200 no later than 6 weeks after that, if the revison is working before six weeks is up the £200 comes sooner.

Basically is the £200 payable upon implementation of ordinary revision that you have to watch out for, the remainding £800 cant be rushed through.

My D.O might have what could be termed a mini revision as their some operational changes that need to be made and also operational changes that RML want to make in my D.O. The question that needs answering if myself and the DOM can agree on changes is would the mini revision for want of a better term be classed as the nesscary revision to trigger the £200 or if it would be the main one later in the year where we do delivery methods and DTD into workload

Quote form the agreement 'the final instalment of colleague share3 will be REPLACED for employess covered by theis agreement,by lump sum payments including additional monies bringing the total to £100.00 (por rata for part timers)
This will be known as Tran sformation lump sums and payment is linked directly to key transformation milestones'
There still seems to be a belief that the bonuses are seperate from the shares---without this agreement, you would have been received your payout, or been able to sell back , with this agreement,they have robbed you of what was yours to begin with, and you will only get it when certain criteria have been met.
I am still waiting for the Union big wigs to come back and tell me if we do not meet these milestones, do we get our shares back? I think I know the answer!!!

MMM Still think most folks feel they are definatly going to get the stated sums of ;bonuses' so much can change in such a short space of time!Let's see what happens over the coming months.

Wishful thinking. Everyone will get the £1000 . The joint deployment teams will ensure that.

The agreement is clear for deliveries £ 200 paid on deployment of first non sequenced revison

The agreement then states that £600 will be to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revison

£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the walk sequencing revision has been implemented , and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding period.

So £800 of the lump sum is purely on deployment of the two revisions and £200 will be paid no later than 6 weeks after the bedding in period or sooner if the objectives have been achieved.

So yes the £1000 is guaranteed .

Well we'll soon see dingo. We are already using cdv's. AND walk sequencing starting next week. So we'll see if we get the £800.

Belial there are a lot of offices who have walk sequenced mail but they have not yet had a walk sequenced revison to the new workplan.

In essence the walk sequencing revison is the 60 /40 split , of course that depends on your mail centre ensuring it is clearing the 60% on the late shift and the 40% on the night shift.

Once you have your walk sequencing revison , you will get your £600 and then within 6 weeks your £200.

But it is based on a revision , it is not based on an office simply having sequenced mail either from the old machines which were part of the trail under the Safeguarding our future agreement or the Gatwick trial or the Bristol and Taunton trail.
