Hi from a customer! I have one question!

Post by Jstokes »

Hi, im new to the forums and I have just one question. I've applied for an apprenticeship with the Royal Mail for a mechanic apprenticeship but does anyone know the salary of a full time Royal mail mechanic? According to RM its 'competetive'! Anyone have an average figure.. I know the apprenticeship is £800pcm. Thanks!

Think the only way to see it is to check and see if they are looking for any full time mechanics atm. Then you would get an average of the wages. Unless some nice RM mechanic uses the forums

All RM's skilled staff used to be on roughly the same rates of pay, so if that still holds, expect between £550-650 a week.

Welcome to RMC Jstokes.

Your best bet for finding a Royal Mail Mechanic, would be to have a look through the "ALL OTHER RM GROUP WORKERS" section: http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... m.php?f=12" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
