It depends if you are a driver or a postperson, the drivers get much more even though they do less work, sit in their van listening to the radio and reading the newspaper with their elbow out of the window, or throwing packets back at the postie and refusing to drop bags off because they cannot be at a meeting place in time, you see they get priviligies like bonus payments which come from posties who earn it for them which is all :no no :no no :no no :no no :no no :no no :no no

Where is your solidarity lads. Where I work from we are all one big (un)happy band - definitely no feeling of them or us at our level. Can't be said for management level though.
