There's probably some sad freak who would pay money for them on ebay.
If they say Consignia on them they could be worth a fortune

Re the paw print stickers unfortunately they don't as on 4 November 2002, the Company changed its name from Consignia Holdings plc to Royal Mail Holdings plc but the Royal Mail Policy on Dealing with Dog Attacks - Good Practice Guide I believe didn't come into existence to late 2003 (of which these dog paw stickers were a part of) although if in my DO's case there was only a very small minimum supply of.

Addendum: My humble apologies to brother clashcityrocker, and to correct my mistake the Royal Mail Policy on Dealing with Dog Attacks - Good Practice Guide came into existence in May 1998 and not late 2003 as I first thought the sad freaks to which he referred however, will be disappointed as the paw print stickers do not have the Consignia brand name on them.

If you get any grief for not delivering the mail print these stories off and give to your managers. You never know if there is a nest nearby and wasps can attack for no reason and are attracted to bright colours/Hi Viz vests. 3 in 100 people could suffer a severe or fatal reaction to multiple stings. A genuine H&S issue.
