It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Apparently its worked out on 2 figures. Hours and length of service in last FY year

Divide the £400 by 12 for months

so at FT is £33.33 per month

work out the prorata amount

so if you are 20 hours it would be £16.65

Then if you have not been employed for the full FINANCIAL YEAR (6th April 2009 to 5th April 2010) multiply it by the months you have been with Royal Mail

So a 20 hour postie that's been with RM 6 months as of 5 Apr 2010 would get £100

A 40 hour postie thats been with RM 7.5 months would get £250.

This is reverse engineering the figure people have supplied me with on other threads so it may be wrong but at least it would give you an idea of how much you should get using RMs figures.

Its OK I enjoy doing it - just like you appear to want to make things personal rather than debate the issues. Whatever floats your boat as long as it doesn't break the rules like your mate jaja did.
Thants really sad...I really feel for you mate, but as you say whatever floats your boat a, with regards to breaking rules it seems the case on this site that if anyone say's anything against anything or anyone on here you ever get slaged off sworn at banned, even customers have had a taste of that.

but it does seem that your so called debates go round and round in circles and all your doing is winding each other up then you start on each other, it does get rather boring after a while, if things are that bad do what I did and get out because it seems that your whole lifes revolves around one thing...... Royal Mail...work theres a whole lot more to life that that!
I mean do you see a site like this for NHS workers...no, or asda....no, Shell......no

This is not personal I don't know you from Adam, you like me are just a screen name saying what they think,so don't take it personally mate
as for jaja?? :wave
