Definately something wrong there, you should of got at least £330. How long have you been with RM?
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

What with the £60 election money and £20.50 D2D, to answer the question, yes I was happy with my payslip.

As a part-timer on 22½ hours, I expected it to be pro rata. I got 230.47, but can't be arsed to follow up the 5.47 I've been seemingly overpaid. :whistle

It takes into account how much ot you've done in a certain period, so if you're a 23hr contract but have been doing an average of ten extra a week you should get something like 330, it's been like this in previous years too

I know this agreement was in many many respects a really crap deal, especially all the pro-rata bits, which was the main reason I voted NO.

BUT... Almost everybody on here has been going on about how this £400 lump-sum would have been paid to us anyway under the ColleagueShares scheme. However, the question about how long this person has worked for RM reminded me of one important fact that everyone seems to have forgotten:

The £400, had it been paid as a 'ColleagueShares dividend', would most definitely have only been paid to those that were employed by RM on a permanent contract as of 17 May 2007, when the ColleagueShares scheme started. Yes, it would still only have been a pro-rata payment for part-time employees, but it would have produced a far worse level of unfairness.

For example, two blokes on 40hr contracts, working alongside each other for almost three years (2yrs and 354 days) in the same office, and one of them potentially getting £400 and the other poor sod getting absolutely nothing, just because he started the day after the CS scheme started !!!! Even though both employees had to put up with the same office revisions, new ways of working, etc etc ? The person who started on 18th May 2007 or any time thereafter wouldn't even have got a percentage of the £400. Just a big fat zero.

I now claim the prize for finding the only good aspect of the 2010 RM-CWU merger, oops, agreement :left:

The answer is this. For the past few years when any bonus payment has been paid pro rata to part timers. RM have taken in to account any overtime you have worked up to a maximum of 40 hrs per week. So if you do a lot of ot then you can get close to the £400. ie, i am on 30hrs pw but my lump sum was £397. But then again i do do a lot of ot. Hope this helps in understanding the different figures everyone is getting. Still narked that it was not £400 across the board.

Yeah i know about that what im asking is if the above part timer is on twenty hour contract should he not be getting 200 pounds.
