Have you any idea, how many London Reps there are? :hmmmm
If he'd said which PART of London he's from, I could understand your reaction.
Actually you have missed the point entirely, but hey, who cares?

I received a response from bob gibson this morning, he says that this will be discusses at todays postal executive and a statement issued in due course!,
my rep unusually is up for fighting for everyone to get the 400 quid, he actually feels cheated and guilty as he was in favour of the agreement. My dom also says that it should be 400 quid as the agreement states, but these are little fish in royal mails shark infested pond!

I wonder if HQ is as up for fighting for everyone to get the 400 quid as your rep.
It is a joint agreement so our negotiators are as guilty of screwing this up as Royal Mail's.
Now who will hold their hands up and admit they got it wrong? :hmmmm
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

exactly, they both messed up so either pay it or reword it and reballot or wait for legal challenges, i can see some solicitors making a tidy earner if royal mail do not pay, personally i will take it further and get my brother in laws solicitors to proof read the agreement and if they wish challenge them for it. If only judge judy was in the uk to clash the union and royal fails bigwigs heads together :arrrghhh

Ah light of my life - if I wasn't married I would move to America and woo her. What a nice straightforward lady she is, just my kind of woman - although I am not worthy :angel

WOO her? My God you must be older than my grandad.
The last time I heard anyone use that phrase the animals were going in two by two.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I'm guessing us P/T's are not going to get our hands on the full £400 without a big struggle. In which case who's head shall we put on a spike first!?!

Two by two was actually a misnomer, we let a few more on because we didn't know how long we would be on board, I mean - we had to eat!

Well it would depend how old your Granpa is - but Judge Judy would need wooing, the wham, bam, thankee mam brigade you boys belong to .......well :chuckle

This is a £400 bonus that they are paying out for something that most of the walking posties don't want.
So what if you where to decline the bonus because you don't like the changes that are coming in ,would they take it back off of you adn would this also mean that you could refuse to do the work when the changes are in place??

No you could not refuse the work as its a collective agreement not an individual agreement.

Don't know if you could refuse the £400 or how they would go about getting it back either.
