Re: May 7th Lump sum £400 for part timers?
So Part Time employees are only paid pro rata for delivering unlimited d2d but full time employees even those not on delivery i.e. mail centers get the whole amount! That is very kind of the CWU

Your getting confused with the 20.60 supplement, the 400 is colleague share dividend.
The dividend goes to all grades in Royal Mail Group.

Re: May 7th Lump sum £400 for part timers?
perhaps we could have a united front for all part timers if we dont receive the 400 quid, id say all make out a grievance, but who would it be against?, the dom dont choose what the payment is?, my borther in law is a solicitor i could at least start with a headed letter requesting my missing money!

U R quite right it is a briefing... but it shows intent.. this may., or not be an error and
i hope it is . and my part-time colleagues get the same money for ratifieng? this agreement
as i do... at least some common sense would prevail and stop some of this bickering

That is how it has been paid in previous years, but the wording of the new agreement has caused some confusion over what happens this year.
