Planners are bound by the national agreement and it has full involvement so no office should be introducing any revison unless you have been fully involved. The agreement puts your rep at the heart of the revison and if management try and sideline you simply go to disagreement.

Surely every office can do that.

A Planner has been in our office doing the A+ for the last two weeks, does that not tell you it was 100% YES vote and it was going through. the rail union fiddled their ballot so whats stopping the CWU???
Planners have been in loads of offices for weeks if not months that does not prove anything only that Royal Mail was never going to put everything on hold if the agreement was rejected.
Exactly how much input has the CWU had in these months of planning dingo? Is this the fait accompli, the denouement of the final solution that we had no inkling of until the agreement was signed and sealed or have you glitterati known what was coming all along and just fed the crap to the plebs piecemeal.
APLUS needs to be right & fully sequenced for W/S mails to be effective, no conspiracy, whatever the outcome of the agreement, RM
would of continued to implement W/S machines anyway, sorry no conspiracy here :cuppa

Well yes, but what about the planning that has been going on for weeks or months as you say BEFORE the agreement was balloted - how could there have been CWU involvement when revisions et al had been vetoed by the union - are RM really going to ditch all that planning time when they have invested so much?

Have you become the spokesperson for dingo BD or just after brownie points? With what's gone on with this agreement I think it's a reasonable question.

i think its a fix when they do the polls on tv or the paper for the election its only based on around 2000 and that gives a good indication how the votes are going to be and on this site there was a vote on how people would vote and i think it was around a 1000 that voted and it was over 70 percent for a no vote!!!

every now and again there's a story in a newspaper along the lines of . . . . . letter found behind filing cabinet in sorting office and delivered after 50 years . . .

. . . .headlines in 2060 . . . 50,000 "NO" ballots found in CWU lavvy

I wouldn't be at all surprised.

I was trying to understand the question that was asked of dingo, better to check than assume I would have thought? :hmmmm

Polls are quite scientific.
RMC is not a good representation of a cross section of postal workers across the UK.
This forum is excellent for a number of things but some people take it far too seriously.

Disagreement????? that's a joke, they just go to stage 3 and they implement everything by EA.
