Well at least it will stop the bullying and harassment. Now you won't be fighting over what streets you're going to leave as your walks can be as long as they want. Haha glad I'm out the union now, I'll save my part time wage...well what's now left of it. The PHG makes more d2d money than me....sick

Small wonder that the RM/CWU management team took you for granted. The hard, bitter, lessons of the recent past not yet learned.
And that's about as acurate a description of these partners in crime as I've come across.

Right now, I don't see much of a future for me in an organisation that resembles nothing less than a management lackey. I will give it a little time, but as of this disastrous result being announced, the clock is ticking down for me, and the CWU. :cuppa

I voted 'NO' for a variety of reasons....main one being that RM is a public service that fair enough has to be businesslike, but tell me why so much goes in bonuses?

Hi.
I just cannot understand why anyone voted for this, as I see it its what RM was going to impose anyway, and we are losing money and will be working harder! I am really seriously thinking of leaving the Union now, anyone know of a union that I can join that looks after its members interests. :evil/mad

Not everyone works in deliveries and has the extra workload, thats a large proportion of your YES votes.
