I was being "nice" calling them illiterate, waiter........If I wrote what I truly call them, I'd have TB issuing a ban faster than you can say, "I want to go manager, have you a form, and can you fill it in for me."waitaminute wrote:Illiterate w*****s actually do put an X in the box, signatures etc. so you are wrong dirtybarry

Seriously though, DD.....Your "YES" vote has gone a long way to making our job a good deal worse than before the ballot, and your reason for voting "YES", though on the face of it, admirable, was incredibly naieve.Delivery Donkey wrote:dirtyHarry does Miss GB pay more than a postman if so i'm up for it![]()

There will be job losses, F/T jobs.
No P/T workers will be made up to F/T, as it defeats the object of Royal Mail's business plan, if you can call it a business plan, that is.

OK, but i have no intentions of walking away from this job or the union,as far as i see it i have worked my hours (failed mail regular) for the past year under EA.
Now i don't see myself as naieve as iv'e been around for 20 odd years, all i do is work my hours then walk away,I know i'm not alone as this vote was 2 to 1,it's been a shame
that only a few have also said they have voted yes.
What has suprised me,with this being the most important decision in most people's working lives is how few people took part.
