Take The Bullies On?

Post by bristolchris »

Just thought I would `post up` some thing that happened in our Office last week. It took place very`quitely` so not a lot of people noticed. One of my colleagues had had a small change made to his duty. So the day after this took place he starts his duty in the morning same as normal. Preps the walk part of his duty, when he has finished all his sorting, he goes to the `Top Bully`(lino) in the Office, says " I can`t finish in time" back comes the usual answer "of course you can" no advice given as to how he can finish in time!. Colleague goes back to his `frame` check`s every thing, THEN GOES FOR HIS M/RELIEF!!!!!!!!! ( this now makes him one of my hero`s) comes back from m/relief after his time is up. Says to lino " I can`t finish in time now" answer comes back, " YOU SURE YOU DID NOT TAKE MORE TIME THAN YOU WERE DUE". Answer, no! Result, part of his duty taken off him. lino- 0 Colleague -1. Moral if they take the P*** take your BREAK. (Well done, Stud)

have to agree if your duty will stand a test it's ok to pi** them off. i do one in particular comes after me all the time adjusting this and that but as soon as he thinks he's got the upper hand i screw him and go back to sq one think the next time i might go for a harrasment form that will spook him :lfo :cfo

never let them think they have got the upper hand :nana
