From my information it's a big Yes vote, low turnout with over 2 thirds voting YES . Don't know exact figures but it's somewhere around 68% Yes 32% No, you heard it here first. Get ready to rumble, the sh***s about to happen.

That's very disturbing! If the official announcement (either on the CWU Website or via LTB) confirms this result, then serious questions will need to be asked. After all: how can we possibly have a result, the day before the Ballot closes.

Business Transformation Agreement - Ballot Timetable Extended Until 27th April 2010


The purpose of this LTB is to advise Branches that we have extended the ballot timetable until Tuesday 27th April 2010.



The decision to extend the timetable has been taken because it was brought to our attention that a number of ballot papers were delayed in the system.



We would ask all Branches to use this LTB as a workplace notice and ensure the new closing date is brought to the attention of all relevant members.



We would also ask Branches to make every effort to ensure members use their vote.

reel your neck in .... full timers lost more out of it than you did ... we are getting £7 - £8 to do d2ds as the rest of the £20.60 was our early shift allowance

It's got nothing to do with spin. The fact is, that someone was able to tell us the result, before voting finished. How exactly do you explain that.
