Not being nasty but TBH I cant wait till all MCs Posties have to work as Hard as DO Posties.
Is just a spiteful and over-generalised (if not bigoted) statement. Why would someone/ anyone even post something like this in the current climate of (alleged) RM divide and rule over the ballot? :sad:

everyone knows that delivery office workers work harder than all the rm staff
the crap deal is aimed at delivery posties thats why the mail centers will vote yes and as usual shaft those poor over worked delivery posties for a few quid more. greed plays a big part.

Yes I agree if I could go in early and use my car DOH! can't fit it through the doors and then I can work for 3 and half hours non stop! DOH! do 4 hours NON STOP now! and then I can go home before my time DOH can't do that got to get the clearance!

and theres the issue
you have MC staff coming out with statements like DO staff need to work 8 hours and a deal on the table that basically leaves the MC's alone(for now) while shafting the DO's(even more)

Ever since I joined the CWU delivery have used their cars, gone in early and gone home early. The union told delivery time and time again that RM will one day stop the perks!

seems you are quite keen to shaft the DO's,im sure you will be happy to accept the job cuts in the MC's since the DO's have been making the bulk of the cuts so far?

Amazing MCs were against the WFA 2000 and delivery were not. A DEMOCRATIC VOTE was taken and we excepted the deal. Shift allowance for early shift was taken out 2 years ago! For my area there was alot of DOs which did not come out last time around! MC was out every time! IF a new prduct comes on line we in the MCs don't get paid extra it goes into workolad to ensure full time jobs. Anyway do the MATHS at present 51.4 million is spent on D2D to those who do it under this deal it rises to 54 Million and ALL DELIVERY get it. By your reckoning you wnat to deprive those in delivery who don't at present get anything and should ensure full time jobs!

so on the D2D issue alone the DO's should vote yes?
i dont want to deprive anyone of wages however where do you get that D2D's will ensure FT jobs?
thats not the business plan DO's are working towards
you realise right now many delivery staff struggle to do the D2D's they have,removing the ceiling just opens the floodgates for more pressure on staff with unachievable targets

and who dictates what is an achievable workload?
we already have many offices with unachievable delivery spans
so adding uncapped D2D's does not bode well for it being combined with 'workload'
