The dirty ********** cleared the lot - 4 lots - £100 in his pocket - and the bloke he`s done it too had said he`d been worried all week that it was his long weekend and his was completely skint, and that he thought this scumbag would clear um all :arrrghhh
That really is low....what about anyone with this mercenary covering them in the days and weeks ahead, putting the election d2ds into their lockers, before their day off? Would the lineo complain? TBH can't see how or why, as long as addressed are done in 3 days & unaddressed in a week.
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

f**k that s**t,if I thought that was on the cards I'd have taken the lot home with me and returned them on the Tuesday.Any questions and I'd have explained exactly why I done it.

Shafting a fellow postie is as bad as scabbing in my eyes.

same sit as you - to avoid conflict, election material should be spread out over set amount of days on walks where several people are doing it in one week, so everyone gets a fair share of the potential earnings.
i.e. 3 day election; 34% for person doing it mon, tuesday/wed 66%

As much as will see the money earlier by doing D2D and election material, as far as I'm aware this will be proportionally taken off my annual Tax Credits,
No it wont, there is a limit you can go over without it affecting what you get.Obviously depends on what you get,but election stuff will not make any difference.

My duty is getting a new floater next week, spoke to the guy and said if he wanted to do his 20% of D2D items plus some election material he could.
He refused to touch them said that none of the other duties have offered so he isn't going to do any.
Now this means I either have to do 25% a day or do them over 5 and include a saturday (but inform lino),
can my lino make him take out 20% of D2D items so that they are cleared before saturday.

I have split my walk into easy counted sections so its easier to take out 20% spread over the whole duty, as I have some long streets and find it easier if I take out one side one day, then the other the next.

I know payment for 20% aint much but he will some have to if the new agreement is agreed.

This is what i don't get,so many different ways of working.

A rest day cover HAS to take their fair share of D2D's,why they are refusing is beyond me.

The fact that some duty holders refuse to give out the 20% is wrong also and is bollox.

At my place if the cover/floater does not take it we write 80% taken as per agreement and hand the form in. Its the Managers problem then if they don't tackle the situation.

Why don't you do what any intelligent postie would do and throw them all off..............then deliver them all the same day.......after all... isn't that what the extra money is for ?.

If mine aren't done on my day off (ie,it was lapsed) then I get offered 20% to take them.Doesn't all offices work like that?

I mean,I'm not going to take them if I'm not getting extra for the hassle.

I did that about 7 weeks ago ,they still have not been done . I even told the boss on numerous occasions that im not prepared to do 100 % .I asked the union rep what would happen if i never took any and he just said "i was obliged to take them " so why the fook aren't they done when im off then

Dirty rotten scumbags,The management should tell them that they are too lazy to do d2d so hands off the election material,Cherry picking tossbags.
My float always does 20% of my d2d and he is welcome to take 20% of my election material,These scrotums should be now forced to do 20% of d2d every day :evil/mad
