Yes we are due to get burnt either way,i think. If its a yes the agreement will comne in to effect with the rm talking to reps local and national, local agreements ect ect,if its a no vote the agreement will still come in to effect.......

(so it has been drumed in to us by RM & Union top brass)

the latter would benefit rm as they would, steamroller the changes through by exec action and achieve their goal before 2013.

I have spoken to a fair few posties from different delivery offices, who have voted NO as a protest vote!!!! and at the same time stating they would'nt go out on strike again.

But at the end of the day as has been stated,a yes vote or a no vote,we are pretty much shafted,so do we take the shafting with grease on the stick or do we take it dry :cool

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

May as well take the money and run

Every single penny of the lump sums is yours anyway so if you like you can take your own money and run but you will look rather silly.

is there any evidence to say royal mail use colleague shares money to bribe us to accept vote. rather than use another 400 pounds on top. If this is the case we should vote no and get the colleague shares then Royal Mail will have to dig deep for next bribe.

I agree, I was being ironic, the general consensus in my Office is that they (RM) are going to bring it in anyway come hell or highwater, I can see disaster all over it, it will turn into a train wreck, potentially bankrupting the company as a lot of money have been sunk into it, talk about a cake and arse party, this is business planning at its worse.

I predict before the 6 months is out on this agreement, we will be out on strike again, either regional or local stoppages, its already started in Liverpool and Portsmouth, it will kick off again, mark my words, the biggest problems is that Man Management methods haven't changed, it will go to pot pretty sharpish.
