Don't forget that 10 hours overtime is at time and 9th or so - before the 'Way Backwards' agreement it was time and a half, double time on Saturdays.

13 years ago I got £9.09p an hour for Saturday overtime, now I get virtually the same, unless i've already worked 10 hours in which case I get less than in 1996. (theoretical as I don't do OT anymore)

Who else do you know who has the same overtime rate as they did in 1996?
