The document below is my humble viewpoint on why the deal is not good enough for members on deliveries.

When it comes down to it, full-time release reps like me don't have to do the job, the ordinary rank and file do.
Full-time reps sometimes need reminding who they represent. There's no time like the present...

Probably the most realistic view on this proposed agreement I have seen to date. All the salient points have been covered quite succinctly, yet briefly. A pity it wasn't produced before the ballot began.

thank you for that paper. It just reinforces my view that we are not in a position to say 'yes'. As a newly transferred part time lone voice in a de unionised DO with a very powerful manager,I see signs of abuse' already
