3.5 in our area, some area's more, would thought the months of negotiation that went on
they could have negotiated a standard payment for one & all - fairness & equality :hmmmm

So should we get paid extra for delivering 1st class poll cards? I have been told by managment and union rep that the agreement on here is out of date is that true?

If it was true why would Bob Gibson send a nasty email to ask them to honour it - they are still trembling :chuckle

Well you can contact your area rep or alternatively ask your DOM for the area's Election Co-ordinators
mobile number. Each Co-ordinator will have one, he will also have knowledge on the specs/payments
etc. He will have been sending emails to your DOM about election material/specs etc for months :Very Happy :Very Happy

It beggars belief regarding Poll card payments
2 weeks ago took in Agreement Dim Dom does not agree with it so does not pay us, flag it up to area rep still no payment

Puts on CWU board(at Work) this week, the letter Bob gibson sent to RM Fail, still no payment.
Yesterday Union rep gets a txt from area rep to say we should get paid Yipee this morning couple of people said they owe me an opology and the dim dom still says no payment till they here from there own divisional manager.Confrernce call came and went and still no payment :arrrghhh JWTFGO

I said if this is what is to come then you won't be able to make any decision regarding the new agreement :silenced

Two day strike should do it, try to avoid national involvement though cos you might end up paying for the pleasure of delivering them
