Do other part timers find doing D2D push you over your time? D2D pushes me over my time by at least 3 hours, sometimes 4 so surely they would have to increase our hours or reduce the hours we work somewhow?

I hate to ask this again, but i had no answer as of yet...........i cover days off over 5 days, so, i will be doing 20% a day ( x 5 = 100%)....but i am only on a 35hr contract. Can any body inform me if i will be pro rata, or will common sense prevail and they pay me the same as every other person doing, well, 100%

D2D will be delivered over 6 days if new agreement voted in meaning i think 16.66% a day ( 98% sure its that figure)

Pro rata goes by contracted hours so you will get del supp based on your 35 hours, so a little less than a 39 FT.

It won't be 39 hours until the sequenced revision takes place and for most people that won't be until next year.

I wasn't being critical gb - but a lot of people think they will be on 39 hours as soon as the deal is signed - we know it's not and that a lot of the agreement deals with the future and not the here and now - especially pay rises

The sensible time for payment to begin would be on implementation of non WS revision.
