Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09

Having voted labour from the age of 18 and enthusiastic about when the minimum wage was implemented, I now feel that this has done more harm for the working man than what it has done good, because all of the tory scumbags are ecstatic if all they have to pay is the minimum wage, and now we have the race to the bottom. I say vote green and get the minimum wage increased to a far more reasonable standard. I believe they are suggesting £8.10p per hour. Even at that rate, it will barely get people out of the poverty trap, and continue to force both parents to work, from which we know is the cause of most of the anti social problems that occur because there is no one keeping an eye on the kids of today.
If you look back to the Thatcher years, the rich were given huge tax savings by reducing the higher rates of tax. Lets get back to fairer tax ratios. It cannot be right that the poor pay a higher percentage of tax on their income than those on high incomes.

True but thats down to the form of democracy we have and not the amount of support. Just look at the Libs Dems on BBC seat predictor http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/ ... 609989.stm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Lib Dems 33% of Votes
Conservative 32%
Labour 28%
Others 7%

The actual seats would be

Conservatives: 229
Labour: 269
Lib Dems: 123
Others: 29

Not quite a true reflection of the peoples choice is it. :crazy: :sad:

They have a greater chance of influencing decisions if there were to be a hung parliament. Great oaks from little acorns grow.
