Just how is the election material/poll cards fiasco panning out?
Well I was told today that it is either all of them or none of them. There is no conscience clause.
National agreements - f**k them would appear to be the motto of the RM management back from gardening leave.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

What about the theory that you have 6 weeks leave and 1 in 6 off on rotation which is 7 which is 13 in total x 4 is 52 weeks so 1 in 4 is achievable without even blinking - had that been taken into account I wonder? That IS 1 in 4 isn't it?

Ouch!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That is not in the menu of options and is not what was agreed. The agreement clearly states one in four or better and does not depend on when your annual leave is taken.

Does that mean that the menu of options are the only options then and cannot be varied by DOs according to preference?

Hows the vote going by the way?

I think wallingtron walks people will 9 days off in total instead of 8 ie Saturday, Sunday, then week off rather than sunday then week off.

But again who knows.
