I only started it at my first DP and finished it at my final DP (and paused it during my break) so that doesn't include the walking around the office in the morning.
I used it again today and the figures worked out as -
Time : 5:22.59
Distance (m) : 120930.8
Speed (km/h) : 4.3
Steps : 20731
But I did notice that it also gave me a total distance travelled which was over 20km

In at start time, clocked that my frame wasnt prepped again, went out with the lapsing, came back, frame still wasnt prepped for the umpteenth time since this debacle of a new system was started. Finished my d2d and polling cards, went over by 30 mins.
A really busy Sat and for some reason we got a 2nd batch of 2nd class polling cards.
It started to kick off as we did not get paid for the last lot but this time we were quickly told to count them as we will be paid 3p each. Also we got paid for the postal voting letters as well and the last lot we did the other week.
This lot should come to an extra £62 so that cheered me and everybody up
Fantastic weather not a clould (or plane come to that) in the sky.
Finished late due to prepping poll cards but i dont mind so much if i am being well paid.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
easiest week in years. probably only worked 34 of 40 hours, including lapsing. combination of sunshine and exercise, plus the feeling of getting away with it, has made me very happy, despite my sore feet. took half the walk out with me in the car today, just to see the difference. so much easier working from a vehicle. bring on the cdvs!

Other than polling stuff the weight has been slightly down this week
Err are you insured to use your car on delivery please be careful as its not worth the hassle if your car gets broken in to and the mail stolen and your out of a job.

allegedly the mail is delayed by the volcano scenario, well thank god as it was the heaviest start to a week ever and thats without the so called delay
In, out with lapsing, back to office, frame prepped except for the packets so an improvement there. 3 d2d and wait for it....3 party political leaflets, these to be done in 3 days. Did me first bag with all 6 leaflets, it was a right pain in the arse trying to juggle all six so next bag i did 3 political party leaflets and 1 d2d which was much easier. Went a bit over my time but i managed to get at least 2/3rds of the political bumpf and about 1/3rd of the d2d done. Not a bad start to the week.
Really light today, very little letters, virtually no flats and small packets and no bulk packets at all so made sure I had enough to do to keep me to my time

A re-run of yesterday, frame prepped apart from packets, this was due to prepper 'not knowing how i like my packets done' and nothing to do with the fact he was ready to leave as i walked in at my start time. Returned from lapsing, sorted packets, redirected, bundled, bagged. Out dead on time, finished my 3 election leaflets, did some more of my 3 d2ds, finished dead on time. At this rate i'll be rid of the last of my d2d by tomorrow.
